Laptop Service and Repair

If BRICK and MORTAR students need laptop service or repair, please send them to Media.  The students will be directed to fill out THIS FORM.  Mrs. Dunleavy or Ms. Noorian can write a ticket in I-support.  After we submit the ticket, our site technician will evaluate the laptop.  If he is able to repair it, he will.  If it is not repairable, he will initiate the paperwork so the student can receive a new laptop. 

If REMOTE students need laptop service or repair, please direct them to the following locations:
8am till 12pm daily-Monday through Friday
The student support site has moved to the new school district offices located at 1939 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994.  Signage is in place for parents to direct them to the rear of the building where the support site is located.  The operating hours remain 8am – 12pm.  They are adding evening hours from 4pm – 7pm for the next 4 Thursdays – October 1, 8, 15, and 22.  The Thursday evening hours are also being offered at IMS.
