June 16, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved staff's recommendation to award the Construction Management at Risk Services (CMR) Pre-construction Services contract for the replacement of Jensen Beach Elementary School to Proctor Construction Company, LLC. The negotiated CMR Pre-construction Services Contract includes the cost and scope for services on the project.

May 26, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved the commencement of work on the project, which was awarded to Kirchman Construction on July 17, 2018.
Martin County High School - Safety Improvements, Cafeteria & Music Building Repairs
April 21, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved the review committee's recommendation to award RFP #5004-0-2020 to Morganti Group. Campus safety enhancements will be funded in part by a school security grant. Projects are underway.
Palm City Elementary School - Complete School Replacement

May 26, 2020 - The Martin County School Board will vote on whether or not to approve the PSAC Committee's recommendation for this project. Once approved, negotiations will begin between the District and the chosen firm for the Architectural & Engineering (A&E) contract. Timelines and costs will be submitted to the Board at a future date along with the A&E contract.
