District to Livestream, Offer Distance Public Comment Option for Millage Oversight Committee Meeting on September 24

The Martin County School District's Millage Oversight Committee will meet on Thursday, September 24, 2020, using communication media technology. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
 
In keeping with CDC recommendations and social distancing guidelines, all interested persons are invited to participate in the meeting by watching the livestream. Alternatively, members of the public may offer public comments by appearing in person. Such persons will be invited into the School Board Meeting Room located at 500 SE Ocean Blvd. in Stuart, Florida, at the appropriate time, while maintaining the current CDC requirements related to social distancing.
 
The public may also offer public comments by emailing comments to the following email address: mcsdpubliccomment@martinschools.org. All emails must contain the name of the individual submitting the comments. All emails received by 12:00 p.m. on September 24, 2020, will be provided to the appropriate committee members prior to the meeting and will be appended to the meeting minutes. The public is advised this email address will be used solely for obtaining public comments for the Millage Oversight Committee Meeting and should not be used for other purposes or questions.
