Tech Help for Parents!!

Service and support from 3/30 – 4/14 (dates may be changed or eliminated based on DOH guidelines) for teachers and students who are having hardware issues with their District issued devices:


Service Sites:                   WES, PSE, JDP, HSE

Opening:                          M-F 9am-11am  &  2pm-4pm

Staffing:                            ET will provide at least 2 techs per site

Objectives:                       Students (Parents) and teachers who are having technical issues can bring their device to one of the service locations.  We will assess the issue and either repair the device while they wait or give them a replacement.  Any issues that cannot be handled through email will be handled at one of these sites, all issues must be reported to before coming to a service location.
