  • This year, because of the pandemic, we are attempting to limit the amount of paper being passed from person to person.  Normally, you would receive a packet on the first day of school which would include forms to be signed and returned, as well as many informational handouts.  We ask that you sign and send the forms listed below to: homsforms@martinschools.org  by August 14, 2020.

    6-12 Student Lab Acknowledgement

    If you have trouble with emailing the forms, then send them in with your student to their first period teacher.  If you don't have the capability to print and scan (or take a picture), then email homsforms@martinschools.org with your students name and first period teacher and we will provide a hard copy to your student to bring home.

  • Virtual registration for the 2020-2021 school year will begin Monday, June 1, 2020.  To participate in school registration for Hidden Oaks Middle School, parents/guardians must:

    • Complete all enrollment forms ( please see below)
    • Provide a copy of their child's birth certificate
    • Proof of student physical exam within the last year - sports physicals are not acceptable
    • Provide 2 proofs of residency - ( current utility bill with address, current year property tax bill, deed of home, lease agreement, mortgage, auto insurance policy, home purchase contract, Declaration of Domicile, FL Drivers License, FL Photo ID Card)
    • Proof of Immunization on the Florida Certificate of Immunization HRS 680 form, in addition incoming 7th and 8th grade students are required to have 2 varicella and a TDAP  
    • Transcripts, withdrawal grades, final report card, and standardized test scores from privious school
    • Divorced parent, custodial parent, legal guardian etc., must provide proper custody papers and/or agreement signed by a judge.

  • BYOD Policies and Procedures  - Please note that the MCSD technology plan is for all students to use a laptop or Chromebook for learning at home and at school.  Given the back order on district-provided devices, we encourage students to bring their own devices (tablets, lapttops, etc.) to school to support their learning until the school Chromebooks arrive.

  • Laptop Distribution Schedule - Anyone that pre-registered for remote instruction by July 24th will be able to pick up on a laptop according to the schedule listed above.

  • A T-Dap Immunization is required for all incoming 7th graders BEFORE the first day of school which is August 11, 2020.  If you'd like information on where to get the vacination, please click here.

  • Want to order a "Back to the Shark Tank" shirt for this year?  Click on the link below to order and/or join the PTA.  If you'd like a shirt for the start of school, please order by July 17th, 2020.  Once the shirts arrive, you will be notified as to how you can get them.  Thank you for your support.

  • Yearbook Information - We are still communicating regularly with Lifetouch in an effort to get our yearbooks as soon as possible.  They assure us that our yearbooks are in line for production but they are still unable to give us a delivery date at this time. We promise to continue to work diligently to get a delivery date secured.   We will  continue to communicate with you as information becomes available.  We apologize for the delay.
