Students Supporting Schools Enhanced (S3+) is a student enterprise by which the Martin County School District hires and trains students as part-time employees to serve in various paid and non-paid internships. The program augments the District's human capital resources, while providing students important workforce skills. The program is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Available Positions:
E1 Technical Support
- Provide Level 1 technical support at the student’s high school during school hours
- Enroll in an internship course that earns high school credit
- Requires good communication, interpersonal, personal management, and problem-solving skills; technology skills are taught
- Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors
- Non-paid position
E2 Technical Support
- Provide Level 1 technical support at an elementary school during school hours
- Enroll in an internship course that earns high school credit
- Requires good communication, interpersonal, personal management, and problem-solving skills; technology skills are taught
- Open to juniors and seniors, with reliable transportation
- Paid position ($15/hour)
Auditorium Sound-booth Technician
- Provide, when needed, sound-booth support in the high school auditoriums either after school or on the weekend
- Requires good communication, interpersonal, personal management, and problem-solving skills; technology skills are taught
- Open to juniors and seniors, with reliable transportation
- Paid position ($15/hour)
Graphic Designer
- Conceptualize and develop design solutions to market the District’s brand
- Work after school
- Requires graphic designing skills and technical proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite); good communication, interpersonal, personal management, and problem-solving skills
- Open to juniors and seniors, with reliable transportation
- Paid position ($15/hour)
