Proof of residency
Stuart Middle School Registration Information
If you are registering your child for SMS, please fill out all paperwork and provide proof of residency information. Completed paperwork can be e-mailed to Delia Garcia at email@example.com
Laptop Care and Fees
Please remind your students to take care when transporting and using laptops. Laptops can break if they are dropped, stepped on or knocked around in a backpack.
Parents are responsible for all damages, up to and including replacement if the laptop is not returned in good working order, excepting only reasonable wear and tear.
If the charger is lost or damanged, a new charger can be purchased from the media center for $30.00

If laptop service for repair or return is needed over the summer, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to setup an appointment with a staff member of our Educational Technology Department.
The support site is located at the new school district offices. Signage is in place for parents to direct them to the rear of the building.

Attention: We are not accepting student food deliveries during the school day
Due to our enhanced safety protocols, we are not able to deliver food to students during the school day. Please plan for students to bring their lunch with them in the morning or they can use the SMS Cafe to purchase a school lunch. If any food is delivered for students during the day, it will be stored until the end of the day when the student will be able to pick it up.
Dress Code Appropriate Clothing Needed
SMS is looking for dress code appropriate clothing donations to support our students. All donations can be left at the front desk.
Attention all students, it is time to plan your summer reading! This year, we are featuring SUMMER READING BINGO with a chance to WIN a $50 Amazon gift card. In addition, all participants in this optional project will be invited to our Summer Readers Celebration.

The School District and the Martin County Tax Office partner for the Kids Tag Art (KTA) program by which grade 5 art students design vanity plates and fobs for purchase. All proceeds are returned to the schools. Here is the artwork for purchase.
