    2021-2022 Class requests

    Step 1: Log in to your Focus Account

    Step 3: Switch to the 2021-2022 school year

    Step 4:Verify your Class Requests

    • The class requests are shown in alphabetical order
    • Class periods and teachers have NOT been assigned at this time
    • Alternate class have a number (2, 3, 4, 5…) under the Elective Priority Column
    • Schedules will be available in August prior to school starting

    Step 5: Complete ONLY if you need to make a change to your Class Requests

    Important 2021-2022 class request Information:

    • *Students taking less 7 classes at SFHS MUST have transportation to arrive late/leave early depending on their final schedule in August.
    • *Students taking Dual Enrollment in the Fall must register with IRSC AND complete the Fall Google Form before SFHS requests will be changed: https://forms.gle/KGcQbuB2yLVTMkTq7
    • *Requests in FOCUS may be adjusted until Friday, June 4th.
    • *Graduation requirements, program requirements, and academic supports may impact your requested change(s).
    • *Teacher requests cannot be honored.

    2021-2022 Student Parking

    Applications available beginning Monday, May 10, 2021 at Student Services Office or online CLICK HERE

    Completed applications and copies of required documents MUST BE RETURNED and APPROVED in Student Services before school, after school or during YOUR scheduled lunch if school is in session.

    If returning application after school is out of session you may: Return TO STUDENT SERVICES between 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday thru June 10, 2021 beginning again July 20, 2021. NO applications will be accepted between the dates of 6-11-21 through 7-19-21.

    • Student must have a valid driver’s license to apply for a parking space. (No applications will be accepted with learners permits)
    • Student must be an upcoming 11th or 12th grader to apply for a parking space.
    • Student must have a minimum of a 2.0 GPA to apply for parking space.
    • Student must be free of any outstanding obligations prior to dropping off parking application.

    Yearbook distribution:

    Underclassmen who pre-purchased yearbooks can pick them up during lunches beginning Monday, May 17. Location TBA

      • Remote learners who have concerns about coming to school should email their counselor and copy Mrs. Cizek (cizekj@martinschools.org) from their personal (not school gmail) email address.
    • AP testing: 5/3-5/18
      • The deadline to select your exam format was 4/1/21. If you need to move your AP exam from Admin 1 (paper and pencil in school) to Admin 2 or 3 (virtual at home), please contact your AP teacher.

    • IB Testing: 5/3-5/20
      • Exams and the levels are in ManageBac under the  Plan tab. It is the subjects marked Anticipated Exam in red that are the exams being taken in May 2021.
      • Click on Exam Calendar button when on Plan, and you will see when and where (Gym) these exams will be.
    • Late/Make up testing
      •  Scheduled to begin June 1st.  More details forthcoming.

    Dual Enrollment

    • Registration for IRSC Summer B 2021 is open through June 4
      • Term dates for Summer B are June 21 - August 3, 2021
      • The MCSD Summer B dual enrollment deadline is June 4
    • Registration for Fall 2021 IRSC classes begins May 24
      • Term dates for Fall are August 9 – December 7, 2021
      • The MCSD Fall dual enrollment deadline is July 29

    More information and required steps are posted in the Class of 2022, 2023 & 2024 Google Classrooms.  ALL STUDENTS must complete the SFHS Dual Enrollment Google Form to finalize your registration.

    • The SFHS dual enrollment Google form for Fall registration will be posted on May 17th.  Counselors will begin approvals on May 24th. A Counselor will be checking submissions throughout the summer.

    Tutoring continues

    • Tutoring is back! Mondays & Wednesdays 3:05 -5:30pm in Mr. Samfillipo’s room 2-209.  Tutors available in-person and on Zoom for various subjects, Google classroom code odsqrtj.  The activity bus will be available. Wednesday, May 19th will be the last day of tutoring.

    Remote Learners

    Our Educational Technology Department is offering tech support hours to students who need to have camera settings enabled on their District-issued devices:

    • District Office - 1939 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34994 Monday - Friday 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
    • Indiantown Middle School - 16303 SW Farm Rd., Indiantown, FL 34956 Monday - Friday 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. by appointment only**

    ** Please email MCSDLaptops@martinschools.org with questions or to request a service appointment at Indiantown Middle School.

    All Students Eat FREE!

    • ALL Students, regardless of income, will receive breakfast and lunch at no cost in the school cafeteria. Students can also pick 3 sides to count as a free lunch. Children aged 18 and under who do not attend a school site will pick up meals for the week every Tuesday between 3-5 p.m. at J.D. Parker Elementary, Port Salerno Elementary or Warfield Elementary. The meal order form is available in English and Spanish on the District's website.
