    Volunteer Registration

    All Volunteers are required to complete the form including staff and students.

    • Level 1: For service on campus during school hours under direct supervision of staff at all times.
    • Level 2: For any service on campus during non-school hours and all off-campus service including Volunteer Drivers.
    • Level 3: For Volunteer Athletic Coaches, volunteers who may have access to a locker room, and volunteers on overnight field trips.

    • Record your volunteer hours
    • Login information:
      • Username: email you registered with.
      • Password: volunteer is prompted to choose a password; easy to reset if you forget.

    We need your hours to qualify for the Florida Department of Education Golden & Silver Awards!

    1. After logging in, click "Hours" on the top left of the page
    2. Click "+ Add Hours" on the top right of the page
    3. Complete details and click "Save"

    If you are not able to log in from a computer, enter your hours in the Volunteer Time Tracker.

    Payments & Renewal

    • Level 1:
      • Payment: None.
      • Renewal: Every 2 years.
    • Level 2:
      • Payment: $20. Click here to pay online.
      • Renewal: Every 2 years.
      • Volunteer Driver Renewal: Resubmit documents EVERY year.
    • Level 3:
      • Payment: $49 for volunteers; $49.25 for Coaches. Click to pay for and schedule fingerprinting.
        • Click on the "Schedule Appointment" button and sign up.
        • CODE: Choose FPMartinCountyNonCert (if you will not need a coaching certificate in the future) -or- FPMartinCountyEmp (if you will need a coaching certificate).
      • Renewal: Raptor application every 2 years.
      • Retention Fee: Fingerprints are good for 1 year. You may retain your prints in the system for up to 4 additional years by paying $6 year/ $24 total. Fee is payable online or via money order made out to the Martin County School District.

    To renew your current active registration:

    • You will receive an automatic e-mail notification 30 and then 15 days before your volunteer status expires with instructions. 
    • If you do not receive the email, email the Volunteer Services office and we can help you.
